This is a maternity cover role requiring strong assessment and case management skills, with a focus on safeguarding and multi-agency collaboration.Key Responsibilities:Receive and investigate referrals for children with disabilities and complete assessments.Assess safety and risk, developing safety plans where necessary.Prepare paperwork for resource allocation panels.Work collaboratively with agencies including schools, mental health providers, and legal teams.Maintain accurate documentation and produce clear reports for decision-making.Provide practical advice on long-term implications of care plans.What We''re Looking For:Qualified Social Worker with minimum 3 years'' post-qualifying experience.Strong assessment and court experience.Ability to work collaboratively with multi-agency teams.Must be a car driver with access to own transport.
