As Head of Sales, you’ll be at the forefront of expanding the brand’s presence in the UK. This role is about more than managing accounts, it’s about unlocking new opportunities, building trusted partnerships, and positioning the company as a go-to name for design-led furniture projects. You’ll shape strategy and represent the brand at the highest level, while also having the autonomy to make a measurable impact on growth.Responsibilities
Take ownership of sales activity across the UK, nurturing existing partnerships while identifying fresh opportunities for growth.Build and lead a high-performing team, ensuring clear targets, strong collaboration, and a culture of accountability.Shape annual sales strategies and budgets, monitoring performance and adjusting plans to achieve commercial objectives.Represent the business at industry events, exhibitions, and client presentations, positioning the brand as a trusted partner.Develop and maintain strong networks with dealers, specifiers, and project clients to expand market reach.Oversee commercial negotiations from initial discussion through to final agreement, ensuring smooth delivery and client satisfaction.Keep close watch on market trends, competitor movements, and sector developments to inform decision-making and maintain a competitive edge.Ensure effective communication between regional and international teams, aligning priorities and sharing best practices.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, refining processes to support efficiency and long-term growth.What the Client Would Like to See (Essential)
A strong background in leading sales within the furniture, interiors, or FFandE industry.Demonstrated success in building long-term client partnerships and driving growth across competitive markets.Experience guiding and motivating sales teams, with an ability to balance strategic direction and day-to-day execution.Solid knowledge of the UK commercial landscape and proven ability to navigate B2B sales processes.Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.What We Would Like to See (Bonus)
