The Role
As the Multi Skilled Engineer, you’ll:
- Carry out planned preventive maintenance for building fabric elements.
- Perform reactive maintenance and repair works across facility areas.
- Inspect and maintain walls, ceilings, floors, doors, windows, and partitions.
- Conduct painting, decorating, and surface finishing activities.
- Repair and maintain carpentry and joinery works, including locks, hinges, cabinets, and furniture.


You
To be successful in the role of Multi Skilled Engineer, you’ll bring:
- Previous experience as a multiskilled Engineer or fabric engineer.
- Good knowledge of planned and reactive maintenance activities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
