They are looking for an experienced lawyer who is confident, commercially aware, and highly competent in handling complex residential matters, particularly Building Safety Act (BSA) work.Essential Requirement To be considered for this role, you MUST:Have strong, recent experience handling Building Safety Act (BSA) mattersBe fully comfortable managing a caseload of BSA sales and purchase files independentlyThis is non-negotiable.
