Our Concession Store Managers are ambassadors of these moments and the heart of our award-winning retail business and the NEXT mini-site partnership. We are recruiting a Concession Store Manager for our Arndale Concession Store, based within the NEXT store in Manchester city centre. Our Concession stores are renowned for their space use and design as a shop-within-a-shop partnership with NEXT.As the Concession Store Manager, you will lead and inspire your Mamas and Papas store team (c3 supervisors, c5 sales assistants) to deliver the best possible customer experience. You will create and utilise commercial sales reports and local marketing knowledge to drive footfall and brand awareness. You will use current and future trends to make effective commercial decisions to achieve and exceed sales targets, driving ATV and KPIs for your store, and embodying our brand values.How to apply:
