Your New Role

You''ll be responsible for running projects from start to finish, chairing meetings, preparing specifications, and liaising with contractors to ensure smooth delivery. While the core of the role is contract admin, you may also carry out condition surveys as needed.Leading repair and refurbishment projects on existing propertiesChairing project meetings and managing stakeholder communicationsLiaising with contractors and overseeing project deliverySupporting building safety initiatives and complianceSolid experience in contract administration and project managementA background in building surveying, ideally with exposure to refurbishment projectsA proactive, hands-on approach and a genuine interest in building safetyHealth insurance to support your wellbeingCycle to work schemeDiscretionary bonus (typically around 10%) based on business performanceChristmas bonusA supportive team environment with leadership actively working to build structure and long-term growthThis role does not typically include a car allowance.What You Need to Do Now
