Event Coordination: Assist in planning all UK and US field events, ensuring each initiative delivers measurable value. This includes managing logistics, driving attendance, developing supporting content, and reporting on event performance.Regional Activation: Work with local sales teams to define event goals, select formats (dinners, roundtables, expos), and ensure activities are aligned with pipeline priorities.Marketing Operations: Leverage AI based tools to streamline content creation, automate outreach workflows, manage reporting, and improve campaign responsiveness.Business Development Support: Align all field activity with broader go to market objectives in the UK and US, working closely with sales leadership.Performance Tracking: Track all field activities, campaigns, and partner engagements, highlighting successes and identifying opportunities for improvement.Learning and Development: Take ownership of projects and continuously develop your skills in a supportive environment.Location

Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and details confidentlyExperience coordinating events or projects through university, internships, volunteer work, or personal initiativesDemonstrated experience planning and coordinating events (either through university societies, clubs, volunteer roles, or personal initiatives)Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbalComfortable using digital tools and eager to learn new technologiesA proactive, hands-on approach with a willingness to learnMust be based in or able to commute to our London office at least 3 days per weekEducation and Experiences
0-2 years experience in a field marketing or similar roleA university degree (2:1 or above, or international equivalent), any subject welcomeSalary
