Sounds great, what will I be doing? In this role, you will manage a caseload of clients requiring early intervention or preventative mental health support, deliver group activities and co-produced programmes, and clearly communicate the service''s aims and pathways to ensure user understanding and participation. You will empower service users to engage effectively with community professionals such as mental health teams, social workers, housing providers, and Jobcentre Plus. Working flexibly within a team, you will help ensure full service coverage and meet contractual obligations. You will also develop and promote peer support networks and community-based initiatives that support users in achieving their goals. The role involves actively monitoring the wellbeing, safety, and security of service users, responding promptly to concerns, supporting colleagues, and taking initiative in service delivery.
