Commercial Plumber / Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

Location: Stratford, London (Static Site)

Salary: -40,000 + Overtime & Benefits

Hours: Monday - Friday, Standard Days

Are you a qualified Commercial Plumber with a solid grasp of commercial building services? Looking to ditch the mobile life, stop chasing parking spaces across London, and settle into a premium static site?

• Planned & Reactive Maintenance: Carry out PPMs and reactive repairs on all commercial plumbing, heating, and mechanical systems.

• System Diagnostics: Fault-find and repair issues with hot/cold water systems, drainage, sanitary ware, pipework, and valves.

• Mechanical FM Support: Assist with wider mechanical plant maintenance, including pumps, booster sets, AHUs, FCUs, and basic heating/cooling system checks.

• Compliance & Safety: Conduct water hygiene monitoring, L8 statutory logging, temperature checks, and flushing.

• Subcontractor Management: Escort and oversee specialist external contractors when required.

• Qualifications: NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing and Heating (or equivalent).

• Experience: Proven track record working within a commercial facilities management (FM) or building services environment.
