About the Role Carry out damp and mould treatment works within occupied and void social housing properties Diagnose causes of damp, condensation, and mould issues and undertake appropriate remedial action Apply anti-fungal washes, paints, and other specialist treatments as required Complete minor plastering, decorating, and associated repair works following treatment Ensure all works are carried out to a high standard and in line with health and safety regulations Deliver excellent customer service, respecting residents homes and privacy at all times Accurately complete job sheets and paperwork, updating supervisors as required About You Proven experience in damp and mould treatment and general property maintenance Candidates will hold a relevant trade City and Guilds qualification, CandG Craft or Level 2 in relevant trade or equivalent or working towards, CSCS Card - Blue or working towards with excellent working H and S knowledge.
