Your role will involve finding, developing and winning new business across accounts with the Banking sector, collaborating with our specialist sales, product and solutions teams to open new doors and working to share our Fujitsu Technology and Services vision of where we have market specific and customer specific propositions which will make these customers able to keep up with the market they work within today.The suitable candidate for this role will have experience in new business development, be a strong communicator at all levels of the business up to and including CXO. They will be target driven and results oriented with a strong experience of solutions selling and preferably MEDPIC qualification methodologies or similar to demonstrate how they can develop and qualify during the sales cycle in a way that enables win rates of over 25% in their key customer engagements.The successful candidate will need to be confident with cold customer outreach, inbound and marketing established lead development as well as the ability to find and develop leads for themselves across the Banking Sector. They will have a strong focus on working with our key technology partners to build new outcomes for customers, as well as delivering pitches to senior stakeholders and partners alike.We want someone who is comfortable both working on their own or part of a team, who can help the wider business grow by challenging both Fujitsu and its customers to think differently, whilst ensuring that they stay inside the regulatory and business governance which we have in place to protect both Fujitsu and its customers from issue.Your transferable skills and experience
Experience finding, developing and winning new brands and logoSales experience of building and proposing complex multi tower businessSelling to the UK Banking and/or Financial Services marketUnderstanding of the BFSI regulatory landscape and relevant frameworksAbility to demonstrate winning business within this sectorUnderstanding of the customers within UK Banking and the partner landscape they utiliseDemonstrable multi year performance/over performance against sales metrics such as Total Contract ValueStrong communication skills both externally and internallyAble to demonstrate a core understanding of the sales process and alignment to sales methodologies such as MEDPIC, BANT, SPIN, etc…You must be willing and eligible to undergo security clearance for this positionAbout Fujitsu
