We are recruiting on behalf of a tier 1 contractor that provides national construction and infrastructure services to private and public sector customers across a comprehensive range of markets. What you''ll need to succeed

• Relevant experience working as an M&E Quantity Surveyor within UK Construction.
• An M&E bias.
• Experience in technical/heavy M&E projects.
• Experience gained on boiler house construction, manufacturing plants/heavy industrial or process pipework construction projects.
• A HND or Degree in quantity surveying (or other commercially related discipline).
• RICS accreditation.
• A good knowledge of monthly reporting and an understanding of period cost reporting and comparison with budgets/forecasts.
