Our client is seeking a Temporary Part-Time Complaints Officer to join their passionate team! This role will involve serving as the primary contact for clients expressing concerns and seeking advice! The successful candidate will possess strong listening skills and a compassionate demeanour.

Contract: Temporary- 3 months

Hours: 9am-5pm, 4 days a week

Location: City of London

Working Model: Hybrid- Tuesday Mandatory Office Day

Pay Rate: £16 per hour plus holiday accrual

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing and processing complex complaint cases, including initial assessments and tracking and updating the internal log.
• Following up relevant complaints and creating solutions where possible.
• Liaise with the other departments and unsure all claims-based information is up to date.
• Prepare reports on new complaints that align with company procedures.
• Monitor the timely progression of complaints and concerns.
• Manage the Legal inbox for complaints.
• Create Peer Reviews Panels to review the progress of complaints.

Key Skills:

• Previous experience in a complaints related role.
• Analytical and investigation skills, with a strong attention to detail.
• Clear communication skills regarding decision making.
• Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Sharepoint and Team experience.
• Excellent planning and scheduling.
• Confidentiality and sensitivity when handling complex complaints.
