A leading national contractor is seeking a Project or Senior Quantity Surveyor to support the delivery of a long-term Maintenance and Construction framework. You''ll be responsible for managing the commercial aspects of both planned maintenance and new build works across a multi-year framework agreement. The role involves close liaison with operational teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure commercial success and compliance with NEC4 contract requirementsYou''ll be responsible for preparing and managing cost plans, valuations, and final accountsMonitor and report on project performance and commercial riskContribute to forecasting, budgeting, and financial reportingExperience in a Quantity Surveying role within a main contractor environmentAbility to manage multiple workstreams across maintenance and build projectsSomebody who has experience working as a Project QS, or SQS previouslyThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected Tier 1 contractor with a strong pipeline of secured work, working on a high-profile framework with long-term stabilityA highly competitive salary, car allowance, and fantastic benefits package is on offer for the role
