Working Hours and Commitment• Shifts typically start at 7:00am or finish at 10:00pm• All staff work every other weekend, ensuring fair rotation and continuity of care

Pay and Perks• £14.00 per hour• £28.00 per hour on public holidays• Paid induction training• DBS check covered• Wellness programme• Paid day off on your birthday• Company pension from day one• Paid mileage: 35p per mile between calls• 28 days holiday per year (pro rata)

Training and DevelopmentWe’re committed to your growth and confidence in the role:• Complete your Care Certificate over a structured 12-week period• Training includes blended learning, shadowing experienced carers, and ongoing support• Career progression opportunities available for those looking to advance in care or leadership
