You will be embedded within a dynamic group focused on building innovative research and investment tools used by credit analysts and portfolio managers. Working closely with product owners, developers, and investment professionals, you will play a pivotal role in shaping solutions that drive smarter investment decisions across our fixed income portfolios.What you can expectLead the definition and delivery of business and system requirements to support credit research, model-driven analysis, and portfolio management tools.Serve as a key liaison between credit analysts, portfolio managers, and technology teams to ensure business needs are translated into scalable, high-performance technical solutions.Drive end-to-end documentation and stakeholder alignment across delivery cycles.Help shape the data strategy for credit research by integrating credit model data, issuer fundamentals, ESG inputs, and alternative datasets into the research ecosystem.Influence the firm’s digital transformation initiatives through delivery excellence and thought leadershipProvide day-to-day support for credit research and portfolio management teams in their use of internal tools and platforms.What you will bring8+ years of experience in Business Analysis at a buy-side Fixed Income asset management firm.Deep understanding of credit research workflows, with proven experience working alongside credit analysts and portfolio managers.Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and investment processes.Proficiency in:

SQL – for data validation and exploration.AWS – particularly data services (e.g., S3, Redshift, Lambda).Python – for prototyping analytical tools and performing data analysis.

Strong command of business analysis practices, including:

Use case and workflow documentationData mapping and transformationAcceptance criteria and test planning
