The On-Site IT Support Engineer should possess both excellent technical support and interpersonal skills and be highly proficient in supporting both MAC and Windows devices. The On-Site IT Support Engineer will perform 1st and 2nd Line break-fix and support services in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tickets simultaneously through to completion.The role is based on-site 5 days per week, working 8 hour shifts between the core business hours of 9am - 6pm.Role Requirements Provide 1st and 2nd line onsite and remote technical support for users, covering desktop, laptop, mobile, and application issues. Support and resolve technical queries, incidents, and service requests using ServiceNow ticketing. Complete device builds, deployments, and troubleshooting for Windows, Mac, and iOS devices.
