The role ensures events are well-coordinated, safe, guest-focused, and aligned with Farmer Copleys'' values and standards.Key Responsibilities:Event Planning and Administration;Assist in the planning and organisation of a diverse range of seasonal events.Schedule meetings with third-party suppliers, contractors, and potential clients.Complete and manage event paperwork, ensuring it reflects individual client requirements.Circulate event documentation promptly to ensure all departments are briefed and aligned.Participate in regular meetings to review upcoming and past events, contributing ideas for continuous improvement year on year.Ensure event timelines and key milestones are met consistently.Event Delivery and Operations;Support the physical setup, maintenance, cleanliness, and organisation of event spaces, including manual handling tasks.Act as a key point of contact during events, overseeing all aspects of on-the-day delivery.Manage post-event wrap-up processes, ensuring smooth breakdown and handover.Oversee consumable stock levels and organise replenishment where ..... full job details .....
