Our ideal candidate will have experience in both front-of-house leadership and events, with the commercial acumen of a Duty Manager and an understanding of the high standards required in Michelin-level and fine dining environments. You will be expected to lead by example, possess first-class attention to detail and exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on exceeding expectations and a supportive nature for operational excellence.

Assistant Restaurant Manager Duties:Overseeing daily restaurant operations and supporting front-of-house leadership across lunch, dinner, and event serviceWorking closely with the Events Manager and senior team to coordinate and deliver bespoke private dining and high-end eventsLiaising with the kitchen team to ensure a seamless and elevated service in line with fine dining and Michelin-quality expectationsCreating a positive work environment and managing the daily shifts of FOH departmentsDriving and monitoring employee performance, training and standards with a hands-on approachBe able to take on some Duty Manager-style roles.Managing guest experience and handling feedback constructively and professionallyMaintaining the highest levels of service, presentation, and guest satisfactionEnsuring health and safety and operational compliance across all touchpoints
