We’re hiring a Head of Supply Partnerships to own and drive our provider network strategy. This is a critical leadership role, responsible for our entire supply base—from performance and pricing to relationship management and contract compliance.com, and help shape the future of diagnostic access in the UK.Manage performance across a portfolio of -150 imaging providersDrive onboarding and expansion of our provider networkLead pricing analytics and negotiate commercial termsImplement new contracts and ensure service quality and complianceBuild long-term relationships and identify areas for improvement in the networkOnboard large provider groups to enable 15-mile network coverage across the UKWith experience in healthcare, diagnostics, or provider network management, you bring a well-rounded mix of strategic insight and operational know-how:Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills, with experience in pricing strategy and performance optimisationHands-on understanding of diagnostic imaging operations, gained from working within or closely alongside diagnostic facilities.Knowledge of contract management and healthcare tendering processes, ideally within diagnostics or broader healthcare settingsDemonstrated leadership experience, including developing talent, managing teams, and collaborating cross-functionallyLeadership and talent development experience
