The JobThe London based Regional Marketing Manager will be a confident communicator, passionate about the brands they

, supporting local storytelling for both the Flight Club and Electric Shuffle brands.This role will work closely with the Business Development Manager and venue Sales and Events Managers for

, ensuring sales and marketing alignment to maximise brand exposure and strong venue performance. to ensure.?As a key member of the venue

strategy team, this role will own the insights and city research for their region, developing local network relationships and raising brand awareness, to ensure a successful launch.Key responsibilities will include:To create and execute a tailored marketing strategy for their

aligning with the national team
objectives
and implementation of national strateg
y, managing a localised calendar for their venues.
Identify
localised marketing opportunities, developing innovative strategies and recommending regional marketing activations to the Marketing Director?
Ensure all in-venue marketing collateral is up to date and to standard reporting any inconsistencies to the UK marketing Director?
All marketing reporting for your region. You will evaluate the success and return on investment of marketing strategies within

, providing monthly updates on this
Working in collaboration with the central marketing team, you will cascading the national strategy, provide insights and ideas on a local level to guide both regional and national tactics ensuring that marketing goals are achieved.?
You will support with localised PR and influencer outreach to drive awareness and footfall to their venues and
manage positive reviews for their venues to ensure clear communication with our guests.
To be successful in this role, you''ll:Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of local competitors and market trends to ensure effective brand positioning.?Be a confident communicator and passionate marketing professional with a keen desire to learn and innovate.Have solid
experience
in a similar multi-brand role, ideally from the hospitality industryBe a keen self-starter who
is able to
work autonomously, whilst successfully building relationships across the business.You will have proven experience with
content creation, copy writing,
planning
and reporting.
