This role offers the chance to work with household name brands and innovative technology companies, contributing significantly to our ambitious growth plans.Day-to-day of the role:Draft, negotiate, and advise on a broad range of commercial agreements including supply and distribution contracts, licensing arrangements, technology and software agreements, and high-value service contracts.Advise on intellectual property matters, including IP protection, licensing, brand strategy, and IP considerations within commercial transactions.Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing clear, practical, and commercially focused advice.Work closely with a dynamic and forward-thinking team, playing a key role in delivering top-tier legal services.Required Skills and Qualifications:2-5 years of relevant PQE.Experience gained at a Legal 500/Chambers ranked firm or a high-quality in-house legal team.Strong, well-rounded knowledge of commercial law, with demonstrable experience advising on a broad portfolio of commercial contracts.Experience in (or a clear desire to develop expertise within) ..... full job details .....
