Inside Sales Manager Electronics £55,000 + Bonus London (Flexible Working) Location: London (Hybrid/Flexible Working Available) Salary: £55,000 per annum + performance-based bonus Industry: Electronics / Manufacturing Type: Full-time, Permanent Our client, a leading player in the electronics manufacturing sector, is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Inside Sales Manager to join their London-based team. Reporting directly to the Sales Director, the Inside Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the internal sales function, supporting field sales teams, and managing C-segment (low potential) customers through telesales and online channels. Key responsibilities include: Managing and developing the inside sales team to deliver against KPIs and growth targets Designing and implementing telesales and digital engagement strategies Providing high-quality pre-sales support to both direct and indirect sales teams Leading teleprospecting activities to qualify and route leads Collaborating with field sales to ensure consistent customer experience Utilising SAP software for customer and sales process management The Ideal Candidate Minimum 5 years experience in a B2B sales environment, including at least 2 years in a leadership role Strong understanding of telesales, lead qualification, and customer segmentation strategies Background in the electronics industry or similar technical sectors Proficient in SAP or equivalent ERP/CRM systems Excellent communication, ..... full job details .....
