The home supports up to five young people aged 11-17 and is rated Good by Ofsted. This is an excellent opportunity for an existing Deputy Manager or an experienced Senior Residential Support Worker who is ready to step up into leadership. You will work closely with the Registered Manager to deliver high-quality care, create a safe and nurturing environment, and ensure that young people are supported to achieve their full potential.
