In this role, you will be nominated to NR as Contractor''s Engineering Manager and will have overall accountability for signalling engineering activities. The role will include to manage and develop the Project Engineering / CRE teams within Rail signalling, supporting contracts and projects across Amey Rail, to achieve targets and project objectives in respect of growth and staff utilisation. This role offers you the unique opportunity to work with one of NR main contractors on Signalling and OLE frameworks across the Eastern region.What You''ll Do: Ensure compliance with statutory, contractual, legal and special requirements. Responsible for Engineering Assurance, Quality Management and technical delivery of signalling within delivery of schemes. Have an understanding of delivering new signalling technologies onto the Network. Develop, maintain and own client relationships in order to promote long-term partnerships. Embrace and control compliance with Company procedures, policies and delivery plans.
