ABOUT THE ROLEThis is an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to work with a top 5 industry leader within RC Frame and Groundworks on major projects within reinforced concrete structures, and refurbishment sectors, supporting the successful delivery of high-profile schemes. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of cost control, contract administration, and commercial reporting throughout the lifecycle of the project. You’ll play a key part in ensuring value for money, maintaining budgetary control, and driving profitability—while working closely with project teams, subcontractors, and clients.REQUIREMENTSDegree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similarPrevious experience in working with a Civil Engineering, Groundwork or RC Frame subcontractor.Proven experience managing project values from £5m – £20mREWARDS AND BENEFITSSalary range of £60,000 – £75,000 per annum.
