Induction and Access CoordinatorRoleThe Induction and Access Coordinator, as an essential part of the wider security team, is responsible for the smooth operation of the project wide access control and workforce management system. Reporting to the Induction and Access Lead, the successful candidate will act as the go to for anything Induction related queries for all 23 main site compounds and offices, managing all aspects of the induction process, knowledge of the competency framework, managing the workforce management system as per requirements set by project stakeholders. They will be approachable, a team player and must have excellent communication skills to assist in liaising with our staff, sub-contractors and visitors.
