This role will involve primarily supporting Sharp multifunction devices, delivering technical support, maintenance, and installations for our customers. Candidate Requirements Located within an area that allows effective coverage of customer network Previous experience working with Sharp, Konica Minolta, Lexmark, or Riso equipment would be beneficial, although manufacturer training can be provided where necessary Good IT and networking knowledge, including experience with: Installing and setting up print drivers on PCs and server environments Configuring scan-to-email and scan-to-folder features Familiarity with print management software such as PaperCut or MyQ would be an advantage but is not essential A positive approach and excellent communication and customer service skills ..... full job details .....
