We are pleased to be recruiting Production/Manufacturing Operatives to join our clients busy team based in Burntwood.-

This role is on a temp to perm basis.

Work Hours:-Monday to Thursday,-06:00-16:30

As a Production Operative, responsibilities include:

• Load machinery efficiently
• Manually lift products weighing up to 20KG
• Ensure machinery operates correctly
• Follow health and safety procedures rigorously
• Label and pack finished products
• Maintain product quality standards

Requirements:

• Previous experience within a manufacturing/production role
• Lean manufacturing/continuous improvement experience advantageous
• Physical fitness for lifting and manual work
• Attention to detail
• Reliable and punctual
• An excellent attitude towards work, training and learning new skills
