You will be working alongside an experienced team and will have the opportunity to lead exciting projects including multi-million-pound schemes and build long-term client relationships with a variety of clients.Your new roleAs the Senior Employer''s Agent/Project Manager, you''ll play a pivotal role in managing projects from inception to completion. Working with a range of private and public sector clients, you''ll act as the client''s trusted advisor, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Duties within the role will include feasibility assessments, contract administration, managing contractors and consultants, running project meetings and budget management. As part of the role, you will also provide technical support and guidance to junior team members.What you''ll need to succeedIn order to be successful for this role, you should hold an RICS or CIOB accredited qualification (or similar) and ideally be qualified as a Chartered Member.
