About the Role As a Floating Support Worker, you''ll deliver essential emotional and practical support to clients in their own homes and hostels. You''ll play a key role in empowering individuals with learning disabilities and other support needs, helping them navigate daily challenges and build confidence. Key Responsibilities Provide tailored support to individuals in line with their personal care plans Assist with daily living tasks, promoting independence and wellbeing Create a safe, respectful, and empowering environment Maintain accurate records and communicate progress effectively Travel between hostels and homes across Bristol (driving essential) ?
