Hybrid WorkingWorking for an Innovative and Hugely respected global law Firm.This role is designed provide operational and strategic support to the Business Group Director, ensuring that the business plan is delivered effectively and aligned with evolving priorities.The role plays an important part in driving strategic planning, performance management, and fostering innovation within the Business Group and its Practice Areas.The role is a generalist role, operating alongside and in addition to, the specialist functional expertise dedicated to supporting the Business Group (Talent, Finance, Business Development, Risk).The role will work closely with Partners, lawyers, and business services teams to ensure the Business Groups alignment with firm wide objectives and will support data driven reporting to enable informed decision making and continuous improvement.The role will have joint accountability to the Business Group Director and to the Chief Operating Officer Key responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and adapt the Business Group Business Plan, ensuring it reflects evolving priorities and market conditions.Preparation of the periodic Business Group Executive Board and other firm level reporting, utilising data analytics and reporting tools to generate insights that inform strategic decision making.Cascade the Business Group Business Plan into individual Practice Area plans, ensuring alignment and consistency.Produce regular Practice Area performance reports to monitor ..... full job details .....
