A leading regional law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join its highly regarded Property team based in Bradford. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious conveyancer looking to develop their career within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.Both part time and full-time applications are considered.You will manage their own caseload in line with the firm''s procedures and quality standards, covering a wide range of transactions including sales and purchases, freehold and leasehold, flats, shared ownership, help to buy and new build properties.You will have proven experience dealing with new build matters and be confident in maintaining and developing strong working relationships with residential property developers.You will be able to work with minimal supervision, delivering high standards of client service and demonstrating commercial awareness.
