Acting as the in-house expert for all aspects of Workday Recruiting, you will review existing usage, identify gaps, and advise on enhancements that will improve efficiency, accuracy and experience. You will own and deliver resourcing projects end-to-end, collaborating closely with HR Systems, TA teams and senior stakeholders.
