This is a full-time temporary position, working within a professional, fast paced head office environment. The Role:You will act as the first point of contact for all visitors and callers, delivering a professional and welcoming front-of-house experience. Confidence and the ability to manage varying workloads is essential. Key Responsibilities: Meeting and greeting visitorsManaging a busy switchboard and directing calls appropriatelyTaking accurate messages and following up where neededManaging meeting room bookings and coordinating special requestsArranging refreshments for meetings and eventsKeeping meeting rooms clean, tidy and presentableHandling incoming and outgoing post and courier deliveriesBooking taxis via company accountsEnsuring reception and communal areas remain professional and well-presentedSupporting with ad-hoc admin tasks during quieter periods What They re Looking For: Previous corporate reception or front-of-house experienceSwitchboard experienceStrong administrative skillsConfident using Microsoft Outlook, Word and ExcelProfessional telephone mannerWell-presented with excellent communication skillsCalm under pressure and able to manage changing demandsStrong customer service mindset This role is to start immediately apply ..... full job details .....
