This is a fantastic opportunity to inspire and support our oldest primary pupils as they prepare for their transition to secondary school.What does the role entail Pupil Wellbeing and Development: Support social, emotional, and behavioural development, fostering resilience, confidence, and teamwork. Parental Engagement: Communicate effectively with parents and carers about pupils'' progress, achievements, and any concerns. Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues, teaching assistants, and leadership to ensure consistency and high standards across the school. Plan and Deliver Lessons: Develop and teach engaging, differentiated lessons across all subjects in line with the National Curriculum, ensuring pupils are challenged and supported.What do you require?
