As a Senior Building Regulations Principal Designer (BRPD), you''ll lead the coordination of design and compliance in line with the Building Safety Act (2022). Acting as the key Principal Designer, you''ll provide strategic advice, ensure compliance is integrated from the outset, and guide multi-disciplinary teams to deliver safer, more efficient projects.This position offers the scope to develop beyond a senior Principal Designer into leadership, with genuine opportunities to influence how the consultancy grows and shapes its delivery. Using innovative compliance trackers and tools, the Building Regulations Principal Designer will play a central role in driving smarter design decisions and building lasting client relationships.Responsibilities

RIBA accredited with demonstrable experience as a Principal Designer under the Building Safety ActStrong knowledge of Building Regulations and design coordinationExperience working with high-risk buildingsAmbitious and commercially aware, with the drive to step into leadershipConfident in building relationships with clients, contractors, and design teamsCollaborative and people-focused, with excellent communication skillsWhats on Offer
