As a Senior Building Regulations Principal Designer (BRPD), you''ll lead the coordination of design and compliance in line with the Building Safety Act (2022). Using innovative compliance trackers and tools, the Building Regulations Principal Designer will play a central role in driving smarter design decisions and building lasting client relationships.Responsibilities

RIBA accredited with demonstrable experience as a Principal Designer under the Building Safety ActStrong knowledge of Building Regulations and design coordinationExperience working with high-risk buildingsAmbitious and commercially aware, with the drive to step into leadershipConfident in building relationships with clients, contractors, and design teamsCollaborative and people-focused, with excellent communication skillsWhats on Offer
