We have partnered with a contemporary menswear and leisurewear brand which requires a dynamic Senior Designer. Your creative direction and product knowledge will shape the design and development of future collections and guide the brand vision. You will have in-depth knowledge of multi-product menswear and sustainable practices, with a commercial eye and a vision for future trends. You will oversee a small team of permanent and freelance designers.Responsibilities

Deliver seasonal collections for the UK and international customersInspire, develop and drive the current design and development teamsUnderstand trends, take risks thoughtfully, while prioritising sustainability and commercialityWork closely with key stakeholders to deliver collections within required time framesUnderstand consumer initiatives, strategic positioning, target audience and identify consumer opportunities to ensure concept and vision are delivered for the target consumerOversee and manage the development of fabric, trim, branding and materials in line with brand visionKey Requirements
