This is a hugely exciting opportunity to join Gloucester Cathedral as it enters a key period of development. We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and highly skilled individual to oversee our small but busy fundraising function, helping to develop and implement our Fundraising Strategy, embed the newly implemented CRM system (Beacon) and deliver the Cathedral''s Operational Plan. You will oversee the depth and breadth of our Fundraising and Development activities, which includes the day-to-day running of the team, delivering our ambitious In Tune Campaign and Cloisters Project, and looking after a portfolio of high value donors. You will also play an instrumental role in further developing new relationships with major donors. We''re looking for a high performing team player with great communication skills, adaptability and an innovative approach to achieving ambitious fundraising targets. As a member of the Cathedral Leadership Team (CLT) you will help to deliver the Cathedral''s strategic vision and will be responsible for ensuring that our welcome values are lived out daily through the way that we engage with donors, supporters and partners.
