Responsibilities

Care Assistants are at the forefront of resident engagement, supporting and encouraging meaningful interactions to ensure residents live with purpose and connection.

Participate in person-centred activities, outings and events and promote lifestyle and wellbeing choices for all residents.

Ensure the highest quality, person-centred care for all residents by supporting the delivery of each individual care plan.

Promote the independence and choice of residents, making sure that their voice is heard through all elements of care and support.

Provide variety and versatility, as no two days are the same.

Qualifications / Requirements

Uphold the values of People, Friendly, Passionate and Inclusion.

You will be an effective communicator and work well as part of a multi-disciplinary team.

Having your SVQ2 and previous experience in the care sector is beneficial but not essential as full training is provided.
