As Bar Manager of The Nest rooftop bar, youll oversee all aspects of the bars operations

from crafting memorable beverage offerings and driving revenue, to leading a high-performing team and ensuring every detail of service reflects the spirit of Treehouse London. About the position...This position supervises our team members in the Bar and is responsible for the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of these team members within the department.The Bar Manager carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesLead daily operations of The Nest rooftop bar, ensuring seamless service, exceptional guest experiences, and alignment with brand standards.

Drive beverage innovation and curation, from cocktail menus to seasonal offerings, ensuring the bar remains a leading destination in London.

Partner with the culinary and FandB teams to develop unique pairings, activations, and events that elevate guest engagement.

Manage scheduling, staffing levels, and labor costs to optimize efficiency while maintaining high service standards.

Inspire, coach, and develop team members through ongoing training, mentorship, and performance reviews.

Monitor financial performance, including revenue, costs, and profitability, with a focus on maximizing ROI and minimizing waste.

Maintain strict compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.

Build strong guest relationships, resolve service challenges thoughtfully, and anticipate needs to exceed expectations.

Represent the Treehouse brand values by fostering an inclusive, positive, and collaborative workplace culture.

Qualifications and ExperienceMinimum 3 years of leadership experience in a high-volume bar, lounge, or rooftop venue.

Proven expertise in beverage program development, mixology, and supplier relations.

Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasts, and cost controls.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams.

A guest-centric mindset and passion for creating memorable hospitality experiences.

Knowledge of local and international beverage trends, with the creativity to set them.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required in a 24/7 hospitality environment.
