Sen Teaching Assistant

A welcoming primary school in W9 is seeking two experienced SEN Teaching Assistants to join their Specialist Resource Provision (SRP). You ll be working with pupils with Autism (ASD) in a smaller, structured class setting designed to meet their individual needs. Key Responsibilities: Deliver 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with ASD Implement personalised learning and communication strategies (PECS/Makaton) Encourage independence, social skills, and emotional regulation Collaborate with teachers, SENCO, and therapists to ensure consistent support Track and record pupil progress, contributing to reviews and EHCP targets About You: Experience supporting children with Autism is essential Confident working with non-verbal or pre-verbal pupils Patient, nurturing, and able to adapt to different learning needs Able to commit Monday Friday, 8:30am 3:30pm Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to apply) Why Join Us?
