They take pride in offering high-quality education and careers guidance in a supportive and inclusive environment, ensuring learners are fully prepared for their future career paths.Role ResponsibilitiesSource and secure relevant work experience and placement opportunities with employers that support learner development.Build and maintain relationships with employers, businesses, and partner organisations at local, regional, and national levels.Deliver engaging employability sessions to prepare learners for work placements and develop their work-readiness skills.Ensure all placements comply with health and safety requirements, conducting risk assessments as needed.Organise and support employer engagement activities, including guest speakers, workplace visits, live projects, and virtual work experiences.Maintain accurate learner and placement records using agreed systems, ensuring progress is monitored and shared with stakeholders.Collaborate with curriculum teams to integrate work experience opportunities into programmes of study.Promote innovation and best practice ..... full job details .....
