The main purpose is to lead the IRM Department and support the Senior DGM to make sure that their role as a group risk manager is functioning well to protect the company''s financials by providing the appropriate insurance risk management.Location:

PermanentKey Duties (Including but not limited to):Together with the Senior DGM, setting the strategy for the departmentManage and oversee team performance through performance planning, coaching and performance appraisalsBuild strong relationships with leaders across the organisation and group companies (EU-CIS region) to promote the role of IRMEnhance and maintain the relationship with insurance companies and brokers in Europe including Japanese insurance companies where they have existing business to leverage their relationshipDegree qualified in business administration, accounting, finance or a related area, or qualified by experienceProfessional qualification in an insurance business area such as ACII, CPCU at least Cert CII ideal or qualified by experienceSignificant experience working at a senior level as a risk manager in a multinational corporation (preferable) or brokers or underwriters, leading a departmentExpertise across a wide range of insurance lines such as Property and Casualty, Marine Cargo, Credit, Construction, Energy, Aviation etc. would be highly regarded
