You will be working in diverse but supportive environments with teams of dedicated professionals to deliver high-quality education to children of all ages. HLTA responsibilities include:Ability to teach the class in teachers absenceProviding support to class teachers in delivering lessons and developing schemes of workWorking with small groups and individuals to support their learning and progressLeading whole class sessions and supporting assessment and feedbackAssisting in the preparation of teaching materials and resourcesProviding feedback to teachers and parents on pupil progressRequirements:Relevant qualification in Education or Teaching Support (e.g. HLTA status, CACHE Level 3, NVQ Level 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning)Experience working as an HLTA / Instructor / Cover Supervisor in a primary or secondary school settingKnowledge of the UK National Curriculum and assessment frameworkStrong communication and organisational skillsAbility to work collaboratively with teachers and other support staffFlexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environmentConfident In return, we offer a competitive salary and benefits package, ..... full job details .....
