Registered Nurse Hours: Full-time/Part-time/Shifts

Registered Nurse Salary: £23–£30 per hour

Registered Nurse Role: We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join our dedicated team in Hampshire. You will provide high-quality care to patients, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met in line with professional standards and CQC guidelines.

Registered Nurse Responsibilities:

• Deliver patient-centered care in line with care plans and clinical guidelines.
• Administer medications safely and accurately.
• Monitor and record patient conditions, reporting any changes promptly.
• Support patients’ emotional and social well-being.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to all policies and procedures.

Registered Nurse Requirements:

• Current NMC registration as an RGN.
• Experience working in care homes, hospitals, or community care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, compassionate care.
