Senior CDM Advisor. A multidisciplinary construction, design and architectural practice is looking for an experienced Senior CDM Advisor to join its growing CDM Team based in Shoreditch, London (hybrid working).Role

The Senior CDM Advisor role offers an opportunity to demonstrate passion for design safety, leadership, coordination and technical expertise to ensure the effective and efficient implementation of health and safety and principal designer requirements. You will be supporting project leaders to integrate design safety across a variety of high value and interesting projects including housing, student accommodation, film studios, later living and commercial/workspace. While delivering the Senior CDM Advisor role you will have opportunities to represent the practice externally and develop business opportunities in the field of design for health and safety.Responsibilities

You will have over 5 years of experience within a CDM Advisory / HandS role in a construction, design or architectural context. You will have knowledge and experience of:Project managementWorking across all RIBA stagesLeadership and communicationReport writingTime managementTeam workingGood organisationAttention to detailTechnical competency with good understanding of the CDM Regulations 2015NEBOSH Construction CertificateAPS or IOSH membershipYou are a motivated and proactive team-player with an open and inquisitive outlook.In return
