This is a mobile role working as part of a team, helping to maintain communal areas and residential environments to a high standard. The successful candidate must be based on the Isle of Wight and able to report to Merstone each working day. Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out cleaning duties across communal residential areas and housing sitesSweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitise communal spacesEnsure shared areas remain clean, safe, and well maintainedRemove litter and maintain tidy external areas where requiredWork effectively as part of a mobile cleaning teamFollow Health and Safety procedures at all timesReport any maintenance or safety concerns to supervisorsRequirementsPrevious experience carrying out cleaning dutiesBasic understanding of Health and Safety practicesReliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a teamGood attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleaning standardsPhysically fit and comfortable undertaking active duties throughout the working dayMust live on the Isle of WightNo driving licence requiredAdditional Information This is a team-based mobile role, and candidates must be able to travel to the Merstone depot/location to ..... full job details .....
