Key Responsibilities Operate, monitor and optimise production lines to achieve daily production targets Support line changeovers, setups, and line adjustments Lead by example in promoting a strong health and safety culture Carry out basic line performance, troubleshooting and escalation of technical issues Conduct quality checks, ensuring all products meet DS Smith standards Provide training, guidance and support to Operators and new team members Maintain accurate production records and support continuous improvement initiatives Work collaboratively with engineering, quality and shift management teams About you We''re looking for someone who brings a combination of experience, reliability and a positive, solutions-focused mindset.
