Customer Service & Sales Support - Wirral 

Salary: £26,000 - £27,500 per annum
Hours: Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm


This role is all about making sure customers get the very best service, while also supporting the wider team with sales, purchasing, and day-to-day operations. You’ll be working with managers, suppliers, and clients across our branches – so no two days will ever be the same!
 

What you’ll be doing:

• Teaming up with the  Customer Service and Warehouse Managers to deliver excellent service across the board.
• Managing quotes, sales, and purchases
• Preparing quotations and supporting negotiations to help maximise sales opportunities.
• Responding to customer enquiries quickly and professionally – whether over the phone, by email, or via head office.
• Keeping everything organised in the internal systems – from raising purchase orders to making sure data is spot on.
• Building strong relationships with both customers and suppliers through clear, friendly communication.
• Updating clients regularly so they know exactly what’s happening with their orders.
• Supporting colleagues across branches and departments to keep everything running smoothly.
• Helping out with everyday admin tasks like filing, scanning, and photocopying.

Experience:

• Strong ICT literate
• Someone with excellent communication skills (both written and spoken).
• A detail-focused approach – accuracy is key in this role.
• A team player who enjoys working with people and building strong relationships.
